Ltd., the vision was always bigger than the obstacles.
In 2013, armed with an MBA degree and a single laptop — bought using the final payout from his last job — Nikhlesh made a life-changing decision: to start his own digital marketing business. That decision was born from a deeply personal experience that convinced him that true respect and freedom come from owning your journey, not following someone else’s.
He launched the company under the name Global IT Sources from a modest space in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. With zero outside funding, no team, and just sheer determination, he began offering SEO services. In just a few months, he onboarded a few clients and started building a reputation for delivering real results.
By 2016, the company had grown to a compact team of 6–7 people, working on multiple retainer-based SEO projects. As the client base grew, so did the scale of operations. In 2017, the company took its next big step and was officially registered as GITS Projects Pvt. Ltd., marking the beginning of a more structured and scalable phase.
The business saw steady growth until 2020, when the global COVID-19 pandemic brought an unexpected pause. Like many other businesses, GITS faced severe disruption — clients paused projects, revenues declined, and the team size reduced drastically. The situation tested every aspect of the company’s resilience.
Yet, one thing remained unchanged — Nikhlesh’s conviction to never return to a job. It was a personal promise, driven by past experiences that taught him the value and dignity of building something on your own terms. Even in the darkest moments, he chose to hold on and rebuild.
With focus and consistency, 2021 marked a turning point. The company began gaining momentum again — attracting new clients, building trust through performance, and steadily growing its operations. This time, the vision was clearer, stronger, and future-ready.
In March 2022, GITS Projects Pvt. Ltd. opened its new office in Sector 63, Noida — a modern, collaborative space that reflected the company’s forward-thinking culture. From there, the team grew rapidly, and the client base expanded both in India and overseas.
